I can't change my credit card information

    I'm trying to change the credit card information on my JotForm account, but when I do so, I get this error: "This subscription is no longer active."

    How do I change my credit card information?

    Please use this link to change your payment method: https://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/order/s/INT131218-3779-13310S

    Click the Edit Subscription link, and you should be taken to the next page where you can choose to change your payment method.
