How can I get my form to give a a public url for the image that is uplaoded?

    This is not helpful, the link that is shown in the autoresponder is still

    What you are trying to accomplish is possible. You just have to uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." option from the Privacy setting of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
