I currently have a Leave Request Form that would go to the employees supervisor, then the director, then the admin assistant & employee...so 2 levels of approval required.

It seems like I have to have "Send on Edit" ON for each of the levels so the supervisors so the form moves to the next person once it is approved/denied.  Is that true?  If so, the supervisor receives a lot of emails...

Requestor receives 2 emails  ("Send on Edit" set to NO, but added 2nd autoresponder once approved by final person)

Supervisor receives 3 emails  (submitted, approved, director approved)

Director receives 2 emails (submitted from supervisor, approved by director)

Admin Asst receives 1 email (approved from director)

You have done a decent job at building an approval process workflow.

I assume you read this guide:

Yes, send on edit needs to be enabled so that the approval notifications get sent.

However, I see only 6 emails. Not 8 like you said.

It seems to be working perfectly.
