Can we get it back to a one-page document?

Disregard ... figured it out

We cloned a form that was previously a one-page document. When it was cloned, it changed to one question per page document. I went into setting and selected all questions in one page since the 'single question in one page' was previously selected.

Can we get it back to a one-page document?

Just to check, I can see that it is now the default form layout.
