Form calculation doesn't calculate fields.

I have created three calculated fields: Total Non-COCM Hours, Total COCM Hours, and Total Commissionable Hours.  I would like for those fields to sum up the total number of hours entered in the corresponding columns above.  

I've searched the Forum and thought I had the Form Calculation Widget configured correctly but I can't get these to work.  

Can someone help point out what I'm missing?

I have checked your form, and I have seen duplicate plus sign + that creates an error in your Form calculation widget.

You must make sure to add the fields one by one and watch for the plus sign + to be at the correct place.
