Jotform service availability

    i noticed that my form did not work for a couple days and some of my customers have not been able to submit, it would just go to a blank screen. I am looking at subscribing but I have to know your forms works all the time for my customers. I don’t know if it’s because I am using the free addition but I would like to know that I can rely on your forms. I have to say though I have not found a form company as good as yours I am impressed so hopefully I can rely on you guys.


    lso is there a way that when my customers schedule an appointment they can receive a reminder email a day before? If not that would be a great add on.

    The service reliability and availability are one of our main priorities. The service is usually quite stable. I have checked our logs and have not found any significant downtime recently. If you notice the issue again, please contact us immediately so we will be able to check the issue for you.
