I paid for this service in order to collect emails from clients. With my first week of use, my clients are now receiving emails to create their own Jotform. How do I disable this?

Please go to your settings page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
And uncheck the "JotForm Branding" option. Let us know if you need more help.
