Selling Multiple products - thank you page needs to change based on selection

Greetings...

I have 3 products on one of my forms.  If product 1 or 2 is purchased, I just want a "thank you" page to appear once the transaction has been completed.  If they purchase product 3, they need to be redirected to a different page to complete additional information for product 3. 

Right now, all consumers are redirected to the additional  (only meant for product 3 buyers).

How can this be accomplished?

However, I have checked this form http://www.jotform.us/form/73596066084162 and you have one product only, the conditions wizard will allow you to trigger conditions based on the selected product, if you need to trigger conditions based on the selected product then you will need to have more than one, conditions cannot be triggered on product options so far.
