I need to set up a web page with an offer for a free ebook.

I need to set up a web page with an offer for a free ebook. I would ask for their name and email address through a JotForm and they would hit the submit button. Then I'm hoping to include a link for the ebook download on the auto responder page. Does this make sense? Thank you, Ed Stott ed@stottmarketing.com
