I am trying to delete and email from my form. When I go to the "Recepients" section of the form and click the "x" next to the name and click "Save" it refreshes but the email is still there.

We are currently not having any issues with deleting or adding email recipients in the notification settings. Here's a screen capture:
Please take note that if you delete the current recipient, then you need to add a new one.
Also, I suggest you press "Enter" after typing the new email recipient. You should be able to click the "Save" button once it turns green.
