How can I embed Quizform results onto the default Thank You page?

I have created a quiz using Quizform. 

When the quiz is completed, I want users to see their results while also staying on the same page. 

It's like I need to somehow embed the 'http://quizform.jotform.io/thankyou.php' section into the default thank you section. Is this possible? How do I do this?

That's possible when you embed the form using its iframe embed code. So when the form is submitted, the thank you page will be loaded on the same frame container where the form is loaded.
