Hello, I am looking to set up a in house raffle, using store bought raffle tickets. Customers will enter data so we can build a contact list, and when they submit, a number will pop up matching the raffle ticket template number they are being handed.

This is allow us to put the 2nd half of tickets in a jar and select winners from it.

i have tried the unique id, but this emails the number to the customer and doesn't display on the screen as needed. ( so we can match the ticket with customer )

I have seen it done , but the user wasn't sure who make it for them .

    Thank you

there might be a duplicate post similar to this one, i just cant find out how to remove it . and this has more info.

You're most likely referring to this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1349996

I would still be recommending the Unique ID Widget for this. This is the only way to generate auto increment numbers for each submission.

If your issue is with the email templates sent to your users (AUTORESPONDERS) or the ones you receive (NOTIFICATION), you can add the Unique ID Widget to the email template so it's included on the emails that you (and your users) receive.

Alternatively, a simpler way to get all the fields shown on your email templates is to delete them and re-add a new one.
