I need to do some test emails but it is going to an email which we don't use. How can we change this email address to a more used address. Thank you.

Just keep in mind that when you use the TEST EMAIL button, it will never send it to the actual recipient you have setup. It will always send it to your account's registered email. To test your EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS properly, you have to do an actual submission.
