Is there a field with auto-suggest?

I need a field wherein it will provide suggested value, the suggested value will be pulled from an excel sheet.

Do you also have a widget for file attachment?

The only widget we have that will pull the values from the excel sheet to the form is Spreadsheet to Form widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/spreadsheet_to_form
