I followed your directions above but keep getting a "Fatal Error" I'm hoping this is because the subscription is already cancelled.

Yes, I did check your account and found that your Gold monthly subscription paid through PayPal account is already cancelled. You seems to have active bronze monthly subscription plan which was upgraded on Jan 15, 2018.
