I cannot get the email part of the form to work. I press submit button and while it says it was submitted successfully I don't receive it. Also when I press the test email on the notification form I don't receive that either?

Thank you for contacting us.
This is caused by the enabled form encryption. When the form encryption is enabled, the data is being received in an encrypted format, so the system cannot evaluate the 'Is Equal To' rule since the received data is encrypted.
Please also note, that received email notifications will look like the one below. They will not contain any submission data.
And the last thing, the email autoresponders (emails to the form submitters) are not supported on the encrypted forms.
