Form performance is slow

    When we open our from in single machine it works fine but when we open the same form in multiple machines it slows down. We need this issue to be rectified on immediately basis.

    If that fixes the issue, please try to disable the Continue Forms Later feature. Here's a guide:

    1. Open your form in the Form Builder.

    2. Go to the Settings section and select the Form Settings tab.

    3. Click the Show More Options button.

    4. Disable the Continue Forms Later feature.

    As per our last discussion regarding the form loading slow you mentioned that there were so many conditions that is the reason the form is loading slow. 

    But if you check I have removed many conditions as well as too many columns also but still not satisfied with form loading performance. Working fine on single machine but when it comes to open on multiple machines at a same time the performance goes down. 

    Just want to clear one thing that as by applying too many conditions the form goes slow then tell me one thing  that why are these conditions been made for. We have created the form as per our requirement but the issue that we have been facing is from your end. 

    As you have escalated our issue to your developers so kindly update me with the status and also let me know the exact time frame so that we can make decisions accordingly either to stay with you or to look for any other option.

    If we use your cloned form will we be able to see the responses and submissions or not. And how do we edit this cloned form if we need to add or remove any conditions.

    If you want to clone my cloned form, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    The only changes I made to the cloned form is disabling the auto-fill feature. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms. You can apply it to your original form by disabling the Continue Forms Later feature.

    Sorry for that, please try it again. I have updated my privacy settings.

    If you use my cloned form all submissions will be going to my account. I suggest you cloned it so all submission will go to your account and you can freely edit it and add conditions the way you like it.
