I created a form for our sales staff to use in submitting their sales to Operations. Form is located at: http://form.jotform.us/form/22144695614152
On several occasions sales staff are finishing this long form and pressing submit to get error messages and then lose all of the data they have entered. This has been quite a frustrator. Latest complaint is getting a "502 bad gateway" error message. Can you please check this out?
I have another issue wiht another form where it doesn't allow you to upload on the upload buttons.

We are sorry for this issue that causes delay on your end, there have been a problem with our servers in past hour and all are getting normal this time so please try to check your forms and test a submission to see if its working fine. Please let us know if the problem still occur for us to investigate this further.
On your upload button issue, can we get your form URL so we can check?

I was able to upload some files, all buttons are working fine.
May I know if this form has already been placed to your website? If yes, can we asked for the link?
Another questions is, Is that only who have tested this form using upload? If yes, please try to logout, clear your browsers cache and do the upload again.
Please let us know if the problem still exist so we can check and invistigate further.
