JotForm app > iPhone: HTML ASCII code shows up in iPhone notification

    Please take a look at the attached screenshot.  for some reason the women's retreat contains symbols that are not in the title of the form.  Why is this?  Can you help me fix it?

    Thank you for reporting this matter to us with the proper screenshot, sstte18. The characters that appear on your iPhone's notification are HTML ASCII values that is equal to an apostrophe ('). However, that should not be there and it should simply show the text "New Submission on Women's Retreat RSVPs".

    On this regard, I have submitted a report to the development team to address this concern. We will keep you posted once we have updates.

    For the mean time, can you give us information on the specific device that you are using? This way, if in case we are not able to replicate it on our own device, we will have reference on which specific device this issue is happening.
