Account: Payment limits - need upgrade

We reached our quota for online giving and I need to upgrade or do something to get my online giving back.  Please advise.  our website is mybbcfairmount.org.  Thaks for your assistance in this matter.

OK I cleared your form cache and your form is displaying again.

The reason was that your payment limits were over quota. Monthly payment limits for all plans look like this:

So if you intend to take donation payments you will need to upgrade.
