Hi,
I have a booking and payment form to sign children up to activity camps. We ask for the childs email address first and later on in the form we ask for the parents email address.
Payment is at the bottom of the form and I have set it so that our confirmation email gets sent to the parent. I have just found out that the Stripe payment receipt is getting sent to the childs email address.
Is there somewhere I can select which email address the Stripe receipt will be sent to?
I have asked Stripe and they say it must be an option on Jot Form.

Hi,
Thanks for your response but this wasnt what I was after. I know how to change any emails which I have created however I want to find out how to change the recipient address of the auto generated Stripe receipt. This is not listed in the list of emails set to be sent.
Do you know where I find and change the details for the auto-generated Stripe payment receipt?

That is something that is not controlled in the form builder.
And it should be managed on Stripe's side, here is an article that should help you: https://stripe.com/docs/dashboard/receipts
