Form Calculations/Old Layout: Why is selection on radio button not passing the correct value?

Having issues with the calculation in my form...

Right now, if user clicks one option ($30) and then changes their mind to the other option ($50), both amounts are added to the total. I need it to only use their final decision in the total calculation.

Is there an easy way to fix this issue?

Also, submit button is not showing if user chooses 'drop off' and then 'schedule pick-up now? No- Schedule later'

    Please help :(

I have been testing your form and I can see the calculations are working as expected, the values selected for each option are being added, example:

Here are the calculation values for each option:

I would recommend you to set the "Clear hidden fields values" to "Clear on being hidden":

I was also testing the other matter about the submit button and I can see it shows, please see this screen-cast:

I have cleared your forms cache now, may you please test again and let us know if setting the hidden fields to be cleared helps.

We will wait for your response.
