Sometimes I get a blank in my PayPal statements

I noticed on my Warrior Form if someone selects only the $85 option, i get the title " Warrior Weekend" in my paypal statements.

However, when someone adds the $25 paintball option, I get a blank in my pay pal statements. 

How can i get "warrior weekend' or Paintball sent to PayPal so that wheni run my pay pal reports i get a title and not a blank for the payment?

I cloned your form and I can see that the payment integration is configured properly. To my understanding, you want to show the Warrior Weekend and Paintball text whenever the Paintball is selected instead you receive a blank message.

I have cleared your form cache on our server. I did a test submission to your form, could you please check if you receive it and if the issue still persists?

Thanks for looking into it – I don’t think it is a Jotform issue.
If there are several items to be purchased – PayPal does not seem to be able to put a title for the sum. I will just have to look at the Jotform responses also to match up to the PayPal excel forms.
