I have been able to download submissions into an excel file without problem, until today. Now when I download the submissions, the results for some of the fields come across as "https://www.jotform.comEnglish 12 - Semester 1" instead of "English 12 - Semester 1", as it should.Page URL:

It's a glitch in the "Checkbox in Dropdown" widget.
I've submitted this to our backend team. As soon as we have an update, we will let you know in this thread.
For the meantime, you may consider using Find and Replace function in the Excel sheet. That will be CTRL + H. Put https://www.jotform.com in the "Find What" box and hit Replace All button:
This method should fix the problem.
