Form not working displays only a blank page.

    My form "January 2018 Booth Rental" is not displaying. Just a blank page comes up.

    That link does work. The publish area on the form generated the link with form.jotform.com instead of www.jotform.com - why would the form generate a link that doesn't work. And this link did work when the form was first published, why did it stop working?

    If this issue happens, you might need to just clear your Form Caches.
