How to Get Headers onto Submitted forms

Hello! I recently created a form that has an acknowledgment paragraph followed by a signature. If I do not put the paragraph in the signature widget, but instead make it a header, it does not appear on the submitted form I receive via email. I need to be able to have the paragraph with the signature so it is clear what the person is signing for. However, when I do put the paragraph as the widget title, it shows up as a huge column on the submitted form. Is there a way to make headers show up on the submissions we receive via email?

In order to have the header, that you made in the form, included in the email Notifier as well, you will have to include it manually, meaning, you have to insert the image and any text related in the Notifier email body:
