Follow up form - ie more request for more data

This may be a bit unusual - i have kept my form to the minimum requirements, just asked for the email and payment so i can keep the form as simple as possible. I do need additional info and was thinking i integrate with mailchimp then trigger an onbaording sequence for the other info.

Problem is, even tho i have there email and use this for the onboarding automation I would need to ask for it again or somehow include some identifier to tie the data together. any ideas on the simplest way of doing this ?

In the Options section, you can update the existing contact by enabling it.
