Required Fields: Force complete field filling

Hello,

I need to force the complete filling of some fields. These are fields in which 5-digit numbers must be entered (they are in the first page of the form with "Serial No." field name).

I tried to use text fields and also numeric fields but without success. Can you help me?

If you want to force your users to fill a field you must mark it as required. Required fields have a red asterix beside them *

To mark a field as required you need to select the field, click on its properties (gear icon), and then on the general tab enable the required setting.

I know that I can set as required the fields that users have to compile, but this is not enough to solve the problem I have asked about. Users can insert a 3-digit serial no. and I have no way to oblige them to change it.

But...as often happens, while doing another thing, the solution comes up : in my case is the field limit available in numerical fields.
