Do you want to create the same form with the same total and size? Is this what you mean by your question?

My form is actually the HBA 2018 orders. It has 14 teams of 12 kids each. We are planning to collect sizes for 2 jerseys, pants, shoes, and hat. All kids from all teams will use this app on Saturday to record their response. I would like to know how to get a total of each size ordered (i.e.. 13 youth XS, 15 youth Small, …… Does this help?

Thanks for the clarification. 

I can see that you are using an input table field and I presume this is where you want to get the total.

To do that, you will have to assign a value to each of the table cells. This value will be used in the calculation using the Form Calculation widget.
