JotForm's Fillable PDF Form Creator and how to put it into my form

    Hello,

We are changing our application to be completed online. As part of that we have to collect W-4 and I-9 (federally required docs). We've tried using JotForm's Fillable PDF Form Creator and get an error returned saying it cannot be converted. The forms are attached here.

Also how do we input into our form? We must be able to capture the data they enter on W-4 and I-9 and have it sent to the home office

    Thank you

Could you please upload and send us the link of your current PDF form. You can upload it through Google Drive, Dropbox or any other File hosting site, after that give us the Generated URL link so we can download it and test it on our end.

I believe the best way to do this would be to let them download your i-9 and W-4 form by giving them the PDF link.

Then after they are done , they can upload it back to your Webform.
