Your account (srnc) is currently in good status. We are also not having any issues with our login functionality. If you are still having issues, I suggest you try another browser just to check if it will work or not. If it works, then you might need to clear the cache of the non-working browser.
If you forgot the password, then you can request a password reset link by clicking the "Forgot Password?" text link on the Login page (https://www.jotform.com/login).
