Hello. My customers are receiving a different response on their auto responder emails that what they selected on the form. However the form I am receiving from them is correct. So I have no idea what is going on, but something is wrong. If you could let me know what could be wrong I would appreciate it. Thank you.

With which form you are having this issue with?
I did check the auto-responder email alert of your last edited form "January 15th-19h Order Form" and did not find any issue with that. It seems to display form data correctly. Do you mean to say that only few form fields data are not being displayed correctly in auto-responder email?
I would suggest you to please delete the auto-responder email alert of your form and add a new one. A new email alert will always include all the questions of form. The following guide should help you:
