Please advise why it gives this error message"FORM NOT FOUND
This form has been disabled by the owner.Try contacting the owner of this form,"

You have configured your form to be limited to only 20 submissions, that is why it is currently disabled.
To change this setting, please refer to the diagram below:
After changing this setting, reactivate your form by doing the following:
1. Go to your form's list
2. Right click on the form
3. Choose Enable Form
