My contact form has a number of required fields but no error warning is displayed if you leave these fields empty and the form submits without any problem. Also, we are getting submissions of completely blank forms all of a sudden which we never used to get before we updated our form.
Appreciate any feedback or suggestions.

You are using form source code and it causes conflict with your existing site scripts. To fix this, try adding this code below your jquery reference.

Seems although the above solution fixed the problem with the form submitting without the required fields being completed it unfortunately creates a conflict with the main navigation menus on my site when viewed on a mobile device. So I have had to revert to not using the code above so my site continues to function and the contact form is once more submitting blanks for required fields. Any other suggestions?
Thanks kindly :)

Please try to re-embed your form using the iframe method. Sometimes full source codes can create a conflict between your present site codes.
Hope this helps and please let us know if it doesn't solved your problem.
