Is there a way I can forward form data into a new form.

I am using a form as an internal department troubleshooting form. Employee submits form listing the problem, technician fixes problem and sends new form saying problem is fixed to supervisor. Unfortunately the technician has to retype all of the information first submitted by employee into the form to the supervisor. Is there any way to "include" the first form or the data from the first form into the second form without retyping.
