Configurable List Widget excel display

I want to be able to add labels for each sub category for this widget so I can upload it into filemaker database.  However, when I download the info into a worksheet the sub categories are merely separated by commas.  I would need to go through the extra step of separating the text to columns and then adding the headings which is something I don't want to do.  Is there a way I can customize or use a different widget that would allow me to do this?

The workaround for this since we cannot modify how it displays on Excel is by using a Grid Listing report so that you configurable list will formatted with a better look.

I really need to edit this so the columns are labeled because I upload into a filemaker database.
Is there another table type of widget that would give me the functionality I need? I know I can create separate fields but it will not look as nice I was hoping to create something that looked like the configurable list widget but will allow me to download into labeled columns.

Unfortunately Jotform is built using one column per Widget/Field during submission, so you will need to create it using multiple fields.
