have submit button change colour upon upload ready

Once an upload is finished/ready to submit, can I have the submit button change colour?I.e. Whilst uploading the submit button is red "please wait..." then change to green as the button text change to Submit.

Unfortunately it is not possible to do that. You can change the color of the submit button to anything you like but that can't be changed.
