My forms will not submit- I have had 2 different people attempt to fill out my new patient intake form on multiple devices and when they get to the end and click submit it just says Please Wait for over 10 minutes and I am not getting the submissions. Can you please advise? Is there a setting I need to change?

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I would recommend you to turn off the encryption feature and turn it on again, you can do it on the settings tab, form settings section and "Form Encryption" section, while turning on the encryption again you will need to specify that an existing key will be used, this way you upload the key you already have and you avoid creating a new one:

That seemed to work, but now I can not open the encrypted files on my work computer. How can I share the encryption key with multiple devices?

You can send the key to your email as an attachment. Download it on your work computer and use it when needed.
