When the form is filled out, I need to be emailed to myself and another email address.

One more question now that the form is on my web page.. i need when this form is filled out to be emailed to this email address and i also would like it to go to another email address also to be viewed can i do that? if so how.. I tried sending a copy to myself by hitting the submit button on the bottom and also to a different email address but the form did not open it showed up within a box only.. this is the link again of the form can you tell me if it is correctly set up for emails .- Trade Sheet

Yes, it is possible to do that creating an email notification; however, multiple email recipients is only allowed to paid accounts, free accounts can send emails to one email address only.
