Inserting a logo, what file types do you support?

I'm trying to insert a logo.  What file types do you support.  I'm trying to put one in that has a transparent background so our white words (logo) shows up on the red background color I've chosen for the survey.

Pretty much all the known image format are supported like PNG, JPEG, GIF.
