I have checked my spam box and when I do a test mission on this form I do not receive the email

When you click the test email button, that sends an email to your account email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
If you want to test a submission you need to actually submit the form. Then an email will be sent to the email recipient (email@example.com)
I sent a test email just now. And can see it was sent successfully. I also see that you have submitted your job form three times today. They were all sent successfully.

If you still are not receiving your emails there's the possibility that incoming emails from Jotform are being rejected by your email provider.
To overcome this problem you could setup SMTP to send your emails instead of Jotform. This way incoming mails wouldn't be rejected. They would come from your SMTP server instead.
