custom register/paypal form

I need advice. This customer offers camps. She needs people to register and sign forms and also pay with paypal on the same page/form. Can these 2 things happen at the same time or what is the option. She needs people to sign and understand that there is one more step to pay for the camp.

Forms can be used to both collect data and payments.  Add the sign up fields to the form and add a payment field to the form.  Here is our guide on specifically setting up PayPal payment forms:

I generally recommend using E-signature.
