All my transactions are failed due to "PCI Error During Transaction" but my authorize.net information appears to be entered correctly.

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I have tested your form and I got an error since I'm using testing cc info and your integration is live, as far as I can see the information is entered correctly. 

    May you reset your API info following this guide: https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A405 

    If after resetting the information the issue persists, please let us know.

    Thanks, that worked.


    Now that it is working, is there something

    I need to do in order to send the submission response emails I set up in my forms? Currently, the only response email going out is the one from authorize.net, confirming the successful transaction.
