    Problem with email reception

    Hello,

     

    I have some problems with the reception of notifications mail.

    Indeed, form works, but i have to change the e-mail address for the notifications, but it doesn't work...i receive nothing !

     

    I put the new address mail in my form, in receiver e-mail address, like everytime, but nothing work, I don't know why, can you help me please ?

     

    (and all my apologize for my english...)

    Hi,

    Can you please configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com", respectively.

    If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251

    Tank you for your help,

     

    i have changed the sender name and e-mail, but it doesn't work. 

    I have others forms with others sites, and i have no problem with them and it's with the same provider ! so i don't think i need to whitelist those IP address.

    Hi,

    I have clone your form and checked your settings and found out that your email notifications had a condition;

    Send "Notification" email to "transnormandie@yahoo.fr".

    When "Nom et prenom :" Is Filled 

    The form field is required, so meaning all notifications goes to transnormandie@yahoo.frPlease check this email, I am sure they are all there.
