My account marciofranco ran out of space so i deleted EVERYTHING but still it says there is no space.
Can someone please correct this so that I can use it again?

The limit you reached is the UPLOAD SPACE limit. For the FREE PLAN, the limit is 100MB and your usage is currently at 133MB.
In case you're wondering, this form https://www.jotform.com/70680145272655 has 113 files in it.
Yes, you may free up some space by deleting submissions that have associated file uploads in it. However, be mindful that this process can not be undone.
Here's a snippet from the guide I'm linking below:
When deleting submissions individually, you will see this warning message (see screenshot below). Please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers, including the file uploads on them.

So I strongly urge you to make a backup copy of your Submission Data just in case you'd still need them. There are plenty of ways to do that, feel free pick one that will work for you:
Alternatively, you can go with my colleague's suggestion on this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1322485
If you indeed deleted the form and won't mind losing all your data along with that form, then purging it should clear your upload space storage. Click the thread link above and follow David's suggestion if you want to go that route.
