Some of my form fields such as the full name and email shows a sort of person picker dropdown icon

I notice that when I use a "Full Name", "Email", "Address" or "Phone" field, it shows a sort of "person picker" dropdown icon. It is as if the user could select someone/something from a dropdown list, but there's nothing in the list (at least in my case). This is particularly annoying in the "Phone" field, as the "person picker" icon completely obscures the area code input field and you can't see what you've entered until you've navigated off the field. This problem does NOT occur in preview mode, only on an actual published form. I would REALLY like to turn this "feature" off.

As a matter of fact, that same "person picker" icon shows up on the JotForm support page from which I submitted this issue! Presumably the page was built using JotForm...

I have provided a URL to one of the affected pages. I have also included a screen shot showing the issue on the area code portion of a phone number field.

I have searched the forum and can find nothing related to this. I would appreciate any help you can offer.

I thought perhaps it's a browser issue, but it happens in Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

It's your autofill in the browser that adds the icon to the fields. The autofill detects saved information on Phone types, etc., that is why it is showing the dropdown to select.

You may consider viewing the form on another device.
