Auto responder is not sending an email to users.

    I was attempting to set up an auto-responder based on conditions, but no emails were being sent.  The notification emails were arriving as expected, but not the auto-responders to customers completing their orders.  I removed the conditions and tried just basic set-up, still not working.  I deleted the emails and started over with just one general auto-responder on a very basic form for testing purposes, still not working.  Any suggestions?

    This is because you have the "Encrypted data" enabled in your form Settings. Unfortunately, auto response is one of the feature that is not supported when you enable an encrypted form.
