    Thank you for your service these last two years but unfortunately you kicked me out of my plan Bronze by changing your conditions.

    Please be advised that we are canceling the account for now.

    Your subscription has been cancelled. And you have been issued a refund. Note that your account has automatically been downgraded to the FREE plan.
