I am at UC Blue Ash College in Cincinnati, Ohio and need to information on our current account with Jot Form. Our web communications manager set up an annual account, but he left the college and I'm having trouble finding our log in information. Could you tell me how long are account is in effect and whether we have a limit on the number of users?
Is there a way to create a new log in/password for our account.

You can reset the password of the account using the account email.
You can do it in login page at https://www.jotform.com/login
Use the 'Forgot Password' link to send the reset. The password reset instructions will be sent via the email.
