I checked your form and I see that the Stripe payment integration was in Test or Sandbox mode.
It is possible you were using an invalid Stripe account the reason you were not able to connect to Stripe.
Please make sure that you are connected first to your Stripe account, and then retry again clicking on the Connect with Stripe button in the payment settings configuration.
Stripe testing also uses test accounts/CC
Let us know if issue persist.
